Simply Sadie

As I promised before, here is my introduction about myself. Sure, you'll learn a lot from reading this post, but hopefully, you'll learn a lot more about me from my upcoming and future posts. So, here it is.

HI! My name is Sadie (Pronounced S-a-dee). Although I love my unique name, it can get slightly annoying when people mispronounce my name, often as Sad-ee. I've also gotten a couple of strange misspellings of my name, including Saddi and Saydi. And those misspellings weren't just from young children, either. People have been doing a lot better with my name though, especially after the hit TV show Duck Dynasty started, in which one of their daughter's name is Sadie. I'm not complaining.

There are a couple words you could use to describe my life. A few of them include busy, stressed, and nocturnal. Busy, for me, is perfectly fine. I like being busy, although a break once in a while is nice. I am involved in almost every club and extracurricular available at my high school. I work at my job between fifteen and twenty hours a week. I am taking two AP classes and spend at least three hours a night on homework. On top of that, I am planning my open house, getting ready for college, and constantly writing essays for scholarships. It can be rough sometimes, but I enjoy it. Obviously, stressed plays into the busy routine I have. Now, being stressed is NOT something that I like. As a result, I have many tips and clues to how I attempt to keep my life unstressed, which I'll hopefully share in a later blog post. As for being nocturnal, this is usually a result of finding a good book that I cannot seem to keep my hands off. I am always falling for a good book.
